Application of V. Pareto’s economic efficiency criterion in Russian judicial practice

The purpose of the research is to justify productivity application one two most common criteria economic efficiency (V. Pareto principle) in Russian judicial practice. Justification carried out by identifying content criterion, assessing examples its courts and determining conditions limitations such application. methodological basis work was formal-legal method, which allowed analyze texts decisions on use court normative analysis law; comparative used compare theoretical foundations practical features criterion judiciary. results were author’s conclusions about applicability reality formulation likely areas courts. Law as an object scientific knowledge cannot be studied isolation from social, cultural, political assumptions, it a central tool state affects well-being society.
